Take a time-out and recharge during these precious six days/ five nights. Immerse yourself deeply in the world of Qigong at the Inner Alchemy and Tao Qigong Retreat.
on Thursday 13 November at 6pm until Tuesday 18 November 3pm
“Tao Qigong helps you feel the freshness of the present moment and the clarity of an open mind."
Take a time-out and recharge. Allow openness for life to blossom and bring this freshness into your everyday life. The practices of Inner Alchemy enable profound processes of inner transformation. This ancient meditation system was developed and refined over many centuries.
Join me on the ancient path over these six days. We are revitalising, refining and multiplying our life force. This practice leads to mental clarity, enhanced focus, and a more open and compassionate heart.
This year we practice "The Fusion I of the Five Elements"; with these ancient formulas, we clear and dissolve reactive emotions.
With "The Fusion II of the Five Elements"; we raise the vibrational level of our consciousness.
The venue is located amidst native forests and the tranquility of nature
Many practitioners refer to the practice of Inner Alchemy as the “Jewel of the Healing Tao” because of its tremendous effectiveness.
We begin by opening the Cosmic Orbit and delving into the “Inner Alchemy”:
Fusion of the Five Elements I “Clearing & dissolving reactive emotions”
This deep cleansing process purifies the vital organs and glands. Negative energy gets transformed into pure, white, neutral energy.
Fusion of the Five Elements II “Raising the vibratory level of consciousness”
In Fusion II we create the “Pearl of Compassion”. Inner regeneration and self-healing processes are initiated at the cellular level.
Liberation of the Heart and Stillness
Through the practice of the Inner Alchemy and connecting with the heart, we reach a transformative phase. This refined energy is pure, and ascending, and capable of bringing profound healing and balance in body and mind.
The heart is the seat of love, gratitude, and the most profound joy. Connecting with the heart unfolds the subtlest energy at a deep level. It is liberating. A natural inner calm can arise effortlessly.
Surrounded by the fresh scent of the native forest, our practice will be enhanced by the healing energy of nature.
The peaceful atmosphere of the place helps us calm our minds.
As we move through the Qigong exercises, let the tranquillity of nature seep into your being, allowing you to harmonise your energy with the natural rhythms around you.
The seminar also includes:
1.- Iron Shirt Qigong promotes good structure and grounding on a physical and emotional level. This supports a good energy flow in the meridians. The exercises of Iron Shirt Qigong promote centering, thus creating optimal opportunities to generate a higher vibrational frequency within oneself.
2.- Taoyin - gently stretches the muscles and opens the spine and the joints, releasing blockages and stagnated energy. Similar poses like in Yoga on the floor.
3.- Aspects of Tan Tien Qigong accompany us through this retreat. This practice enhances your ability to feel, develop, and store Qi (life force). The mind becomes calm and relaxed while maintaining a high energy level. Tan Tien Qigong is the art of cultivating and concentrating Qi in the lower abdomen—the tan tien—the body's fundamental energy reservoir. This lower abdominal area, which the ancient Taoists called the Ocean of Qi, is the key to opening the body and mind to the free and continuous flow of chi.
4.- I Ching and Tao Te Ching - these books serve as meditation guides. The ancient text can provide a deep understanding to Taoist practices and life in general.
The seminar fee includes: tuition, accommodation and the use of the swimming pool. Accommodation in bunk beds that sleep 2-4 per room is included in the seminar fee. The rooms are spacious with verandas.
